Patient Rights
- Every individual who applies to health institutions, regardless of their physical, intellectual and social characteristics, has the right to benefit from the existing diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation facilities at the highest level.
- The patient has the right to choose his/her doctor and health institution and to change it at any stage of treatment.
- If the patient reports the request in writing, has the right to be given all medical records relating to his or her condition up to that point and the right to move to transfer those records to the new institution where the procedures will continue.
